Richard Baderin, Managing Director
A pharmaceutical company director with over 20 years’ experience in the life sciences industry. Richard started his career at GSK and worked in UK and global marketing roles for the next ten years. From 2015, he worked in consultancy, outsourced commercial services and start-up pharmaceutical companies, leading projects on over 35 brands, for OPEN Health, SOL Life Sciences, and as Head of Brand Strategy and Management at CHASE. He has extensive launch and business development experience including in-licensing and commercial partnerships. Richard founded the UK pharmaceutical company Leith Healthcare and led the management team buy out from the former owner company in 2024. Following the acquisition of Leith by axunio Pharma GmbH, Leith began operating as axunio Ltd in the UK in July 2025 with Richard as Managing Director.
